The INCASE project team collects information through its forms at several stages (registration forms, expression of interest forms, post-event evaluation forms, etc.).

In general, we collect the following information: names, telephone numbers, addresses, email addresses, geographical locations, company name, etc.
Information Usage
Primary Use of Personal Information
The information collected by the INCASE project team will be used for event administration and maintaining an up to date contact database.
The information which you give will be used for the following purposes: to enable the project team to create a computer and paper record of your participation in INCASE and its related activities, and to enable the project team to compile statistics.
No information that would identify you as an individual will be published without your prior agreement. The information will be kept securely, and will be kept no longer than necessary.
Secondary Use of Personal Information
Registered participants to the INCASE project and any INCASE related activities may receive additional communications from us about INCASE support services, newsletters, etc.
Anyone wishing to no longer receive any information must notify the project team to be removed from any contact lists.
Sharing Data with Third Parties
We may share personal information data with the following parties, who are also partners in the INCASE project: Ghent University, Catholic University Leuven, Group HEI-ISA-ISEN, Lille University, Voka – Chamber of Commerce of East-Flanders, ICAM, CITC-EuraRFID, Impuls Zeeland, University of Kent, University of Essex, and HZ University of Applied Sciences.
